Orders
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select the product you wish to buy and click on "Add to Cart" button. Now your item is in the cart and you can continue your shopping. When you have finished, click on the shopping cart button at the top right and select "GO to Checkout". In the final screen you can indicate the shipping address, delivery method and payment.

HOW CAN I BE SURE I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER CORRECTLY?

Immediately after placing the order you will receive an e-mail from our system with the detailed summary. If you do not receive our e-mail we recommend that you check your SPAM.

CAN I PLACE ORDERS FROM MY SMARTPHONE?

Of course, our site is optimized for any device.

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

On the order confirmation page you will find the field where you can enter the code in your possession. Simply enter it and click on the "Apply discount code" button

CAN I HAVE THE GIFT BOX?

For some items you can request the gift box. In this case, simply select the "gift box" field on the order confirmation page.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can complete the order as a "guest", without registration. In this case, however, you will not be able to access your personal area to check orders. In any case, you will receive all the order and shipping e-mails.

Payments
WHICH PAYMENTS METHODS CAN I USE?

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (payment on delivery – only for Italy). Payment on delivery includes a supplement of € 4. In this case, before shipping, our staff will contact you by telephone to confirm the order.

HOW CAN I REQUEST THE INVOICE?

In the order confirmation page it will be sufficient to select the "Professional / Company" field and fill in the billing information.

ARE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS SAFE?

Payment with credit card does not involve any risk. Sensitive data do not transit on our site but are managed in an encrypted way on a secure SSL server by the payment manager.

Shipments
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES OF THE ORDER?

The goods are normally shipped the working day after the order. Delivery in Italy usually takes 24/48 working hours, however in some periods of high traffic the courier reserves the right to deliver within 72 hours. Delivery times for international shipments depending on the volume and the country of destination. If you want more informations do not hesitate to contact us!

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are normalLy shipped by BRT or UPS courier. We use reinforced packaging to protect the content. We recommend you to check the packaging upon delivery and, in case of damage, report it immediately to the courier.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

National shipping costs (Italy) are € 4.90 (BRT express courier). For orders over € 79, shipping is always free. Some products are offered with free shipping, even for orders below € 79. In this case you will find the item "Free shipping to Italy" on the product page.

HOW MUCH ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship our items all over the world. To find out the cost of shipping, insert the item in the cart and proceed to the order confirmation page, entering the shipping address. The system will calculate the shipping charge in the summary.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE THE ITEMS ORDERE?

The order can be delivered to the address chosen when ordering. It is possible to request the deposit stop at a BRT warehouse. When ordering, it is also possible to select “collect in store”, at our Creazzo physycal shop.

CAN I SEE WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

After shipment, the system will send an e-mail with the tracking code to monitor the delivery. An email will also be sent from the courier, showing the tracking link and an estimated delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If the courier fails to complete the delivery, an attempted delivery notice will be left and a new attempt will be made the following day.

Returns, replacements and refunds
CAN I MAKE A RETURN FOR ANY PRODUCT?

All items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If the product is not to your liking, you can access the "Return Request" section at the bottom of each page of the site, and fill out the form. Our staff will contact you and provide you with all the information to proceed.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO BE ACCREDITED?

Refunds are normally made within 2 days of receiving the product. For payments with Paypal, the refund is immediate. In case of payment by credit card or bank transfer, the refund normally takes 3-4 working days.

HOW CAN I SHIP MY RETURN?

We recommend you to use the original packaging for the return shipment. You can use any shipping method (we recommend tracked shipping). You can also choose to use our courier. For more info we advise you to consult the "Return Policy" page
